In the event the service is terminated or eSIM Story ceases operation, any remaining credits will automatically expire without compensation. Credits are non-refundable and may be restricted to specific products or services.

Article 5 (Refund Policy)

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not possible once the QR code has been issued or the eSIM profile has been activated.
