Good to know
  • Install on stable, secure Wi-Fi — a weak connection can fail the install.
  • Install within 180 days of purchase.
  • The QR code works once — scan it a single time.
  • Scan it on the phone you'll travel with — that's where the eSIM installs.
  • Don't delete the eSIM until your trip ends — it can't be reinstalled.
Country rules
  • TurkeyInstall before you arrive. You can't set up a new eSIM once you're in Turkey — but one installed beforehand works normally there.
  • Taiwan, Hong Kong & MacauReal-name registration is required. Do it before you go, or on Wi-Fi once you arrive.
