Refund policy
When we refund
Before activation, if your eSIM can't be used — for example, your phone doesn't support eSIM, or it didn't arrive or won't activate — we check with you, then refund the full amount. After activation, we check first, and if we find a service fault on our side stopped it working, we replace it or refund you. To verify a refund, you'll need to send the information we ask for, such as device settings and screenshots.
Not refundable
Apart from the cases above, refunds aren't available for any of the following:
- Change of mind or changed travel plans, even before activation.
- An eSIM that has been activated.
- Any data used, including partial use.
- An eSIM not activated within the 180-day activation window.
